Diego Micheo has been working in real estate in New York City for nearly two decades. During that time, he's gained an encyclopedic knowledge of the best places to live and rent in the Big Apple's five boroughs. Diego takes pride in finding the ideal property to fit a client's needs, whether it be a $30 million penthouse in the Upper East side for a foreign diplomat or a recent college graduate's one-bedroom in Bushwick. A great listener who's fluent in both Spanish and English, Diego is the ideal broker for clients of all backgrounds and personalities.
“Everyone needs a home,” says Diego, who doesn't discriminate between price points and property types as the NYC real estate market is “constantly changing.”
Diego's extensive experience allows him to simultaneously cater to customer's wants while also alerting them of any pitfalls or red flags about prospective properties.
Once enlisted, Diego will work tirelessly to help clients find their dream home, lock down open houses on a dime and make sure the application process goes smoothly.
Colleagues and clients alike have described Diego as trustworthy, energetic, patient, honest, available and enthusiastic about his job. He's also a great guy to grab a beer with after a long day of apartment hunting.
Diego was born in a small farm town in Argentina, but grew up in upstate New York. He moved to the city to attend school at St John's University, and has been living here for 20 plus years. He currently resides in Gramercy Park North.
When he's not canvasing the town for the perfect property, Diego enjoys playing tennis, boating, watching soccer, and hiking in the picturesque upstate New York wilderness. He's been known to binge on Korean BBQ with friends and clients from time to time.
