Renting in New York City

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all the work you and your office did for Phyllis and me with respect to renting and selling our home at Avoca. We think you and your office went above and beyond when dealing with our renter during the 2011 winter season. We were out of state and without your help I am not sure we could have handled all of the problems generated by the renter. The actual sale of the house went as smooth as a waxed floor. Handling the sale with a buyer from out of state through their lawyer, and a country lawyer at that, was a bit of a chore.You and your team did the job with a minimum of problems for us.

Patricia and I would like to thank you for all of your help with the sale of our home. When the economy is difficult it is a real advantage to have someone like you on your side to make the process easy. Your knowledge of the market and well earned reputation are second to none and we know we could not have worked with a better person with a more positive attitude than you. We will be moving back to the U.S. at some point and you will be our first call to help us find our new home.

I want to thank you for all of your assistance with our home purchase in Gosford. You and your office did a fantastic job helping us find the right home. You listened to our needs, showed us homes that would fit those needs, and supported us in the negotiation process. Your entire support staff was there for us every step of the way. Many, many thanks for all your efforts that led to the successful completion of the sale at Narara. As I've said over and over, it's always a miracle that a closing any closing occurs, seeing as they're so complicated and fraught with pitfalls.
