We were out of state and without your help I am not sure we could have handled all of the problems generated by the renter. The actual sale of the house went as smooth as a waxed floor. Handling the sale with a buyer from out of state through their lawyer, and a country lawyer at that, was a bit of a chore.You and your team did the job with a minimum of problems for us.
