She also personally purchased/sold several condos over the years, either as her primary home, investments or to flip.

Originally from New Jersey, Semra studied psychology at Rutgers University. She briefly lived/studied in Italy and France, and is conversant in both languages as well as Turkish. She was and continues to be involved with family residential and commercial investments in New Jersey, Brooklyn and Istanbul. Semra has resided in Manhattan for over 22 years, in the West Village, Midtown East, and now on the Upper East Side. She loves NYC, its real estate, people and diversity.
